Our returns policy
- 14‑day return window from the date you receive your item
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with all original packaging, accessories, tags, and protective materials
- Padel rackets must be returned with original protective wrapping intact
- Items showing signs of use, wear, damage, or missing packaging may be refused or partially refunded
- Proof of purchase is required
How to start a return
- All returns must be requested via our online returns portal
- Enter your order number and email address
- Select the item(s) and reason for return and follow the instructions
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage
- Returned items remain your responsibility until received
- If the return is due to a fault, damage, or our error, we’ll cover return shipping where appropriate
Damages & issues
Inspect your order on delivery and contact us within 7 days if something is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- While all orders are securely packed, we’ll always make it right if something arrives damaged
Exchanges
- We don’t offer direct exchanges
- To get a replacement quickly, return the item and place a new order once your return is approved
Refunds
- All returns are inspected once received
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear
- Original shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to a fault or our error

📧 What if I don’t have my order confirmation email?
You can still start a return using your order number and the email address used at checkout. If you’re unable to locate these details, please contact us and we’ll help you find your order.
🔄 Can I cancel or change a return after submitting it through the portal?
If you’ve already submitted a return request and need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. Once a return has been shipped back, changes may no longer be possible
➕ Can I return multiple items from the same order together?
Yes, you can return multiple items from the same order in one parcel, as long as they are all approved through the returns portal and securely packaged.
💳 Do you offer store credit instead of a refund?
In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative to a refund. This will always be discussed with you first and is never applied without your agreement.
